Carinthian Academic Gymnastics Championships 2025 – A complete success!
On January 28, 2025, the Carinthian Academic Gymnastics Championships took place at the Carinthian University of Teacher Education. 13 teams competed against each other in an exciting competition and showed outstanding performances. The Carinthian Academic Champions were sought in three categories, and the participants delivered a high-level gymnastics competition. The “club gymnasts” category was won by the Aloha Allstars team. Second place in this category went to the Hahn im Korb team. Third place in this category went to Team Underdogs. There was a small surprise in the “Sportstudent:innen” category. Victory went to Old but Gold. Second place went to Team Bunte Mischung. And 3rd place went to the Turn it up team. In the final category “Alumni/USI/External”, 3rd place went to the Salto Sisters. 2nd place went to Die 4 Wedelschädel. Team Muskelpaket mit Glitzer won gold and thus the title of “Carinthian Academic Champion”.
The event at the PH Carinthia was a real highlight for the gymnastics community. The competition was characterized by a great team spirit and a great atmosphere. Overall, the evening was a great success and a significant event for the academic gymnastics scene in Carinthia. This year’s championships have once again shown how much talent and passion there is in gymnastics.
