Forschende der Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg (JMU) haben in einer neuen Studie herausgefunden, dass die Farbe von Libellengemeinschaften auf jahreszeitliche Schwankungen der Sonneneinstrahlung reagiert. Im Frühjahr und im Herbst fliegen eher Libellen mit dunkleren Farbnuancen, die im Sommer auftretenden Exemplare sind eher heller gefärbt. Die Ergebnisse der Studie wurden nun im Fachjournal Nature Communications veröffentlicht.

薛虹教授在“平台知识产权保护的理论与实践问题”主题发表了长篇主旨演讲，全面回顾了《电子商务法》中的平台知识产权条款5年来的实施情况。薛教授的演讲记录如下。
难以想象现在已经进入21世纪的20年代中期了，时间飞逝。这个题目，我觉得是非常有意义有价值的。我们回顾一下《电商法》里面有一个关于平台知识产权的条款。当然它是在我们整个中国知识产权法律体系当中的，它对我们知识产权起了一个补充性的作用，因为它不是要取代知识产权法中的任何一个条文，而是专门针对电子商务平台增加了法律机制。我先说说我的三点结论。我第一个结论是经过5年的实践，我们这个平台知识产权的条款是经历了检验。沧海横流大浪淘沙。证明我们这个机制还是基本上是有效可行的。第二个结论当然是我的个人观点，它是根植于电商平台治理的一个有生命力的机制，这是一种有机的法律机制，生机勃勃，自身有生命力的，它在生长。
At this year’s Woodford Folk Festival, the QUT Digital Media Research Centre (DMRC) will host several engaging discussions and workshops, shedding light on pressing topics such as artificial intelligence (AI), climate change misinformation, and political polarisation.
The festival, commencing on December 27, will be the stage for DMRC’s thought leaders to unravel the impact of AI on our daily lives, the proliferation of online climate misinformation, and the issues political polarisation pose to democracy.

The Local Media for Democracy project (LM4D) is supporting 25 small media outlets and freelance journalist groups from around Europe in the second round of funding. They will receive a total of 667,854€ funding as well as mentorship to strengthen their reach and funding models so that they can better serve their local communities.

2023年12月15至16日，中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会（以下简称“贸仲”）2023年首席及独任仲裁员研讨会，在三年疫情防控转段后首次召开。研讨会得到各地仲裁员积极响应，共有406名仲裁员参加，其中248名仲裁员在北京主会场参会，158名仲裁员在贸仲各地分会/仲裁中心参会。本次研讨会是贸仲有史以来举办的规模最大、覆盖面最广的仲裁员会议。薛虹教授自2004年荣任仲裁员以来，20年来办理数百复杂疑难案件，其中95%以上案件仲担任首席仲裁员或独任仲裁员。薛教授出席会议，并就缺席当事人申请撤销仲裁裁决问题发表了看法。

Organisiert wird ZENTRIA durch einen Hochschulverbund aus der Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg (JMU), der Technischen Hochschule Würzburg-Schweinfurt (THWS) und der Technischen Hochschule Aschaffenburg (TH AB).
