The promising kick-off of the decision, stating Meta’s over-moderation as “substantially and disproportionately restricting free expression,” is indicative of the Board’s integration of the numerous public comments submitted by stakeholders in May 2023.

Welche Kompetenzen sind nötig, um eine digitale Teilhabe der EU-Bevölkerung zu sichern, insbesondere in Bezug auf den Umgang mit generativer KI? Wer ist für die Stärkung von digitalen Kompetenzen zuständig? Mit diesen Aspekten befassten sich Expertinnen und Experten im Rahmen der Fachveranstaltung am 12. März 2024 in den Räumlichkeiten der Bayerischen Vertretung in Brüssel.
