Mangels Routine fehlt es ihnen häufig an den notwendigen praktischen Fertigkeiten, das Fachwissen lässt sich nicht so schnell wie nötig abrufen, eine klinische Entscheidung zu treffen, fällt ihnen schwer. Und natürlich sorgt die Tatsache, dass es möglicherweise um Leben und Tod geht, für zusätzlichen Stress.
