On 15 September 2022, the scientific conference “State and Data” took place in the pro iure auditorium of the Law Faculty of the University of Basel. The joint conference of the electronic Public Institutions and Administrations Research Forum, e-PIAF, the Faculty of Law of the University of Innsbruck and the Institute of Federalism dealt with legal issues related to Open Government Data as well as the obligation to grant data access to the state.
