Die Juristische Fakultät der Julius-Maximilians-Universität (JMU) Würzburg bietet zum Wintersemester 2023/24 einen weiteren rechtswissenschaftlichen Studiengang an, den Bachelor im europäischen Recht. Damit erfüllt sie den Wunsch der Studierenden nach einem berufsqualifizierenden Abschluss bereits vor der anspruchsvollen ersten juristischen Prüfung. Das bietet eine gewisse Sicherheit, die ein wenig Druck aus der manchmal belastenden Vorbereitung auf die erste juristische Prüfung nimmt.
