On April 21, 2022, the University of Teramo will host the international conference "Sovranità e Cittadinanza in un Mondo Post Globale". After an welcome note by Dino Mastrocola and Paolo Marchetti, Gianluca Sadu Bordoni (Teramo), Claudio Corradetti (Tor Vergata Rome), Kristine Engelhardt (Trier), Roberta Picardi (Molise), Karoline Reinhardt (Tübingen) and Nuria Sanchez (Madrid) will in the first part of the conference discuss the "Fate of Cosmopolitanism in a Post Global World". In the second part, Gino Scaccia (Teramo), Francesco Bilancia (Chieti-Pescara), Mario Savino (Tuscia), Salvatore F. Nicolosi (Utrecht), Emanuela Pistoia (Teramo), Simona D'Antonio (Teramo), Gianmaria Alessandro Ruscitti (Teramo), and Giulia Di Ludovico (Teramo) will explore dimensions of citizenship. In her presentation "What do we owe to refugees?", Dr. Karoline Reinhardt will sketch a Kantian perspective on asylum, refuge and border regimes.
